How Kidney Beam works
Find out more about how Kidney Beam works, our programmes and classes, and how we help people with kidney disease become more active and look after their wellbeing.
We have aimed to keep our sign-up process super simple.
Firstly, we ask for some basic details to establish whether you are eligible for free access to Kidney Beam, via your healthcare provider.
If you are eligible, we then ask a few further questions to help us understand more about your kidney condition and treatment path.

Follow step-by-step programmes tailored to your kidney condition
Our step-by-step programmes are created specifically for particular health needs, such as for those preparing for a kidney transplant, who are on dialysis, or have a certain condition such as polycystic kidney disease. They are designed to help you build strength and fitness one step at a time, while also providing education and dietary advice specific to your condition.

Watch on-demand classes at a time that suits you
Live classes allow you to experience the feel-good energy of a group class with fellow Kidney Beamers. Just like our on-demand sessions, live classes are run by specialist physiotherapists and instructors who are trained in or live with your medical condition.
Get live encouragement during the sessions, connect with your instructor and class-mates pre and post-session, and feel supported in every step by people who deeply understand your kidney disease.
